Wedding season is upon us and we are getting requests daily for summer nuptials.
I love doing a wedding. It's a joy to be involved in someone's special day particularly if you know the bridal party personally. However if there is one thing to challenge my talents it is the British weather. Damp, misty, showers, thunder, hail, fine rain, heavy rain all are enemies of the hair style you and the bride want to last at least twelve hours. So what's the one thing I recommend to all my brides to buy?
The humble umbrella!
With a little forethought you can purchase something that will compliment or just 'go' with the wedding theme rather than Uncle Ernie finding a dusty umbrella in the back of his car with a prong sticking out. (It's happened honest.)
So I have done a bit of a Google search for all you lovely brides out there to show you some examples of what is available. You could even get some for your bridesmaids.

So please save your hairdresser the panic and invest in a little umbrella to save the day.
